A passionate climber, Di's holistic approach aims to build strength and flexibility through flowing functional movement.  She believes in intuitive movement and teaches in a way that is most effective for your body.

Emma has a beautifully soothing vibe, which takes you through the Ashtanga series with playfulness and ease. She has 8 years of experience and her classes are insightful and explorative for all levels

Jaqui has a yoga repertoire spanning over 20 years. Her experience flows through her creative sequences. Her practice is both powerful and dynamic and her ethos is to advocate for playful collaboration and connection.

Lisa is a gentle and calming teacher. Her classes creates length and space in a warm and unintimidating environment that encourages and supports students to find more release in the body.

Marie has been practicing yoga for 11 years and teaches a mindful flow that helps to connect deeply into your body. Based on a simple but strong and fun practice, her class are self-nurturing and builds up stamina.

Miriam has a life long passion for fitness and wellness with a background of gymnastics and a love of nature. Mims believes that yoga should be playful and challenging and creates a safe space for people of all levels to be able to express themselves on the mat.

Monica’s classes are focused on breath and body self-awareness, helping her students on the journey of self-discovery.   • We work with you to further develop you as a teacher.

  • We offer new teachers in training the opportunity to teach by-donation classes to hone your confidence and skills.
