Nestled amongst organic fruit trees, a natural eco pool and a large private garden, this retreat will give you the perfect opportunity to unwind in the sunshine, connect with nature, deepen your yoga practice and relax into a slower pace of life.

Just 50 mins drive from Lisbon airport and in one of Europe's best surf areas we will practice yoga twice daily, eat locally sourced food, bask in the  surrounding nature of the Portuguese countryside and absorb the local culture.

This retreat is open to anyone who has an interest in yoga and connecting with nature.
