New Year New Me. It's such simple saying, and we expect it to be just that. But research suggests that only 8% of people stick to, and achieve their New Year's goal.

So why, even with the best intentions, do most of us fail?

What did you think when setting your resolution? Did you think much about it, and for what purpose? Many people set New Year's resolutions without thinking too much about it.
