A Moray Pizza Comes to Pinch!

We have exciting news coming from our beloved Pinch Cafe! We are delighted to welcome the amazing A Moray Pizza who will be making their top notch slices for us from October onwards.

A Moray make Neapolitan style pizza with a focus on sustainability and ethical business practices. After a successful year at The Railway Tavern in Dalston they are bringing their pizza to Pinch.

The menu changes regularly, adapting to the seasons and showcasing the best of UK produce. The dough is made with a traditional biga starter and fine milled wholemeal flour to give added nutrition and flavour. The flour they use is grown and milled by the regenerative farming legends at Wild Farmed and all cheese is sourced from inside the UK.

Expect some unique toppings as well as our own takes on Italian classics!

Serving 5pm to 10pm Wednesday/Thursday, 12pm to 6pm Saturday/Sunday
