ABOUT THE COURSE

Learn the ropes of resistance training in this weighted circuits session with Siobhan.

In this class you'll take yourself to the next level of strength and fitness by sculpting your physique, enhancing your stability and mobility, increasing your overall strength and saying hello to your very own superpowers.

You'll focus on a variety of movement patterns to give you the best possible 360 approach to train your body, whether you're a beginner or intermediate, there's always room to grow. This class is excellent to accompany climbing and essential for anyone wanting to build confidence using weights!

WHAT TO BRING

The Classes take place in our weigth training area.

Please wear comfortable sportswear, suitable footwear and bring a warm layer and water bottle.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

The course is a five week course - you will not automatically be booked onto the next round.

Partial refunds cannot be issued if you cannot attend a class.

The Classes are for those that are new to weight training. Please let the teach know if you have any medical requirements before the class begins.
